Regional Sales Manager - Middle East & North Africa Duties and Responsibilities:

• Open different markets in the assigned respective countries
• Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Lead market penetration projects with different countries involving quantitative analysis, industry research and strategic development.
• Work with partners in different countries to extend reach & drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts in different countries.
• Required experience at medical supplies companies.
• Expect moderate to high travel

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:


• Minimum 7-10 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on medical supplies.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas in a competitive environment.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team within the MENA region.
• Experience working with a diverse range of healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Prior experience in the MENA region is a strong asset, with an understanding of the cultural nuances and business practices.

Global Demand Planner

Duties and Responsibilities


• Calculate safety stocks monthly for all required parts.
• Calculate and analyze a statistical 24-month global sales forecast by SKU and region and or customer.
• Calculate a non-sales forecast to support re-occurring implant and instrument demand, estimated loss in the field, yield factors and expiration impact, etc.
• Facilitate Monthly Demand Review meetings. Suggest a consensus plan to Mktg and Finance bases off opportunities/vulnerabilities, product lifecycle, changes in market demands, cannibalization, and sales promotions.
• Develop new product launch forecasts and provide significant gaps to budget.
• Drive continuous improvement of volume forecasting processes, systems, and tools.
• Develop and implement a process, in accordance with IBP, to calculate new product forecasts while working closely with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Monitor Demand and measure Forecast Error, Bias, MAPE, and MAD to neutralize bias.

Experience, Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities:

• 5+ years’ experience in Demand/Forecasting Planning
• Demonstrated success partnering and collaborating with Product Development teams within Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution
• Project Management experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on meeting customer needs
• Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to write business reports and correspondence, as well as the ability to speak effectively before groups of peers, leadership, and customers
• Critical thinker with strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-paced environment
